We give you limited permissions to use our ebooks. You must not misuse our content or share it with other people. A lot of work has gone into our books and we ask you to understand that if you share or copy our content without our permission it would not be sustainable for us to keep on sharing our expertise with you.

1 DEFINITIONS
1.1 The terms ‘student’, all refer to you, the paying client and/or customer and/or website visitor.
1.2 The Green Chemist School may also be referred to as ‘us’, ‘the school’ and other such terms to differentiate between ‘us’ (the school) and ‘you’ (the student). All these terms refer to the business owned by Organatural Ltd, a company registered in England, registered number 5813231, with registered offices at 9-13 High Street, Wells, Somerset, BA5 2AA, UK.
1.3 “E-book” refers to any of our online books.
1.4 “Intellectual Property Rights” means all patents, registered and unregistered designs, copyright, trademarks, know-how and all other forms of intellectual property wherever in the world enforceable;
2 GENERAL
2.1 These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply of E-books by The Green Chemist to its students.
2.2 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
2.3 All of our e-books are provided in English.
3 PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
3.1 Cancellation and refund policy: Your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in the UK means that you waive your cancellation right once you have accessed any of your digital content in The Green Chemist’s school e-books.
3.2 The Green Chemist trades in US dollars. When payments are made in foreign currencies, we reserve the right to charge an additional 1.5% in handling fees.
3.3 We do not limit the number of times you can access our e-books, however if we discover that multiple accesses have taken place at the same time, indicating sharing your log in details with third parties, we shall cancel your account and access to the books you purchased, and no refund of any amounts paid will made.
3.4 The Green Chemist (Organatural) may collect payments from you using reference transaction through PayPal.
4 ebooks CONTENT
4.1 We reserve the right to make changes to the advertised e-books at any time.
4.2 The Green Chemist warrants that the e-books will be of satisfactory quality but does not warrant that the e-books will be error free or that they do not infringe any third party rights. The e-books are provided “as is” and the Green Chemist shall not be liable in any way for any reliance that you may make upon the content of the e-books.
4.3 The e-book content is to provide useful content in the formulation process, however it does not replace expert advice by a qualified professional.
4.4 Except as provided in this agremeent, we make and you receive no warranties, express, implied, statutory or in any communication with you, and we specifically disclaim any other warranty including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness or a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the operation of the ebook will be uninterrupted or error free.
5 TERMINATION OF SERVICE
5.1 If: (a) you fail to pay any amount due under this Agreement; (b) you breach any of the other terms and conditions, express or implied, of the Agreement; or (c) any information provided by you in the making of this Agreement proves to be incomplete or inaccurate, we shall be entitled, after the expiry of a Default Notice served on you, to terminate this Agreement.
6 CODE OF CONDUCT
6.1 You commit to keep your login details safe and not to share, sell or otherwise distribute them to any third parties.
7 COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
7.1 All materials in our e-books and on any of our websites or platforms are copyright of Organatural Ltd (or our licensors) and may not be shared or reproduced without our written permission.
7.2 When you enrol with the Green Chemist (Organatural Ltd) or otherwise purchase access to an e-book from us, you agree not to share, sell, publish, copy or otherwise distribute our e-book content, in whole or in part, to any third parties.
7.3 You are granted a limited revocable licence to access the e-books purchased by you for personal use only. You must not remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the ebook.
7.4 We may revise the format of any e-book at any time, including the technical specification of the platforms and/or devices required to access the e-book.
8 INDEMNIFICATION
8.1 Students shall indemnify the School against all claims, costs and expenses which arise, directly or indirectly, from the Student’s breach of any of its obligations under this Agreement.
9 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 Except in respect of death or personal injury due to negligence for which no limit applies, the entire liability of the School to Student in respect of any claim whatsoever or breach of this Agreement, whether or not arising out of negligence, shall be limited to the fees paid by the Student to which the claim relates.
9.2 In no event shall the School be liable to the Student for any loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of profits or for any other indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever. This shall apply even where such a loss was reasonably foreseeable or the School had been made aware of the possibility of the Student incurring such a loss.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the School’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from the School’s negligence or that of its employees, agents or sub-contractors.
10 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
10.1 This agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England.
10.2 The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
